Designed for competitors, athletes, and enthusiasts who want space to practice, pose, and perfect their craft.

*The existing boxing and posing rooms will be relocated.

👉NEW Group Training Zone, Featuring Two Incredible Programs:

1. Les Mills CEREMONY – where hard meets happy! A 45-minute full-body functional circuit scientifically designed for strength and cardio conditioning. Give it your all with a community that has your back, music that motivates you, and expert coaches to push you to your max.

2. HYROX Performance Training – high-intensity, performance-based fitness classes that combine functional strength training with endurance conditioning—designed for everyone, from fitness enthusiasts to elite HYROX athletes. Gold's Gym Newburgh will become an official Hyrox affiliated gym later this year to offer this amazing program to our members.
